It's a very small area. A retention pond covers one large block, while the forest is on the other side of a busy road. It's all touched by man, and there are man made roads and structures everywhere, but it's a cool sight and a nice place to take a hike. The hill has a nice view.
I have fond memories of cross country here .It lies right between my dual campus high school, so we ran here all the time. The slow group (that's me) took detours while the tryhards did loops and shit. In the winter, the whole team took a detour and had the greatest snowball fight ever known to man. The coaches didn't give a fuck.
