You have to be careful keeping them near spinnerbaits and stuff too because the skirts on spinnerbaits next to the soft baits will have the same reaction.
And even if they’re similar plastics and won’t melt, the colors will still leech. If you keep white worms and dark blue worms next to eachother, the white worms will eventually turn blue. It’s best to keep them in the original packages.
