Hunting blowguns are things you don't see sold...maybe a rare one on eBay, but who knows. All the ones I see sold are just toys with tiny light weight bolts that can barely do anything even with expert marksmanship. The hunting ones that use poison are pretty rare, but are highly mediatized. The hunting ones that don't use poison are the norm and they are quite something.
The toy blowguns, like in the OP, are great for lazy day target shooting with buds. The Cold Steel ones are the top of the class in that level of blowgun.
Slingshots are something I'd recommend for hunting if you can't find a real hunting blowgun. Again though, you need one that is for hunting.
