Shitty bow I carved out of green birch at field camp to get my carving hand back in.
Probably only had about 10-15 lbs of draw weight.
Arrows are from the straightest willow I could find around camp, fletched with some goose feathers I had with me.
Arrowheads were angle-ground out of scrap metals and sharpened until you could shave with them.
Could only launch an arrow about 40 feet but they flew straight and embedded in wood all the way to the base of the arrowhead.
I brought my home-carved longbow with a draw weight of roughly 50 lbs out the next month and man could that thing punch arrows into a target.
