I can't imagine ever using these for hike-in camping, but for moto/car camping they're nice. They keep you off the ground enough that ground insects and water doesn't bother you as much.
I use an inflatable camping pad and bivy with it.
The one you posted is a full sized cot. If you're going that route I would ignore weight all together and just get an army surplus cot since it'll be in your car anyways.
