I'm in the medical equipment repair field and they issued me a phone to use for work which was too big for my pocket and it was IOS which I don't care to learn so I just didn't use it. I had to argue with my supervisor for quite a while until it was settled that I'll just use it to take calls during my on-call weeks. I had to learn how to use Uber eventually too, which got me some hand as well.
