Hur är götet numera? When I lived in the kortedala area my emergency plan was to head out towards vättlefjäll and skirt the bohus trail or other trails away from the city north towards Vänern. The good thing about Sweden is that there's no shortage of trails. So get plenty of maps and enough supplies to last you on the road for 5 days or so and you should be able to clear out.
But key to survival is always to be a group. I'm a scout in the us army these days and a squad size element is the best balance of stealth and security. 6-9 dudes, then you can split into 2 or 3 groups when doing route recon to give overwatch and rear security.
