>>615277i have a wetterlings bushman axe. it's pretty much like yours. i do not carry it camping most of the time because it is heavy. 2 lbs when you have nothing else with you is no weight, 2 lbs when you already have 28 pounds of other shit is a ton. plus you can find all the wood you need in the forest lying on the ground.
it's a lot of weight for very little utility. i would only carry it if i wasn't carrying my gun for protection+utility.
