I am pale as a ghost because of genetics>my dad says its too late to go back and get sunscreen>we get there have breakfast I get coffee like an idiot >think drinking 3 glasses of water at the restaurant is enough to offset the 1 cup of coffee>my dad promises me there will be a restaurant half way through the hike so I know I can do 11 miles easy >no need to hoard resources >if it did or not it didn't matter > start off on beach >this is no normal beach no buildings or anything in sight thats fine > we get 3 miles in no body is around , we find many dead crabs along the beach>we see our destination in sight far away>a golden resort in the middle of nowhere , an oasis > it starts to rain really hard this is fine since it was hot out makes the first 10 miles ok>shoes and socks get wet don't want blister so I take them off and its the beach so why not put my feet in the water.>get to resort >sun is back>its very nice , everyone is surfing ,surfing USA>go to restaurant>my dad and me go to bathroom>we both looks like beach bums , my dad looks like he should have a metal detector on the sand not be in a place like this>we get asked for our "membership cards" to get food and even water>I thought my dad knew we could get food here and water >I have drank all my water already > I am fucked>my dad and me leave we understand its private and people pay money im not mad at them but im disappointed in dad because I thought there was going to be food mid way>still I am happy to have a hike with my dad> 11 more miles to go back home>barefoot>sun irradiating me >no water>longest 11 miles the whole beach looks the same
