You left out:
Shovel - The little foldy-uppy $10 milsurp ones work fine. Cheap, and tough enough for vehicle use.
Tools - Sockets/wrenches, screwdrivers, plug wrench, code reader is handy, spare bulbs/fuses, extra fluids (oil, coolant, windshield wash, ATF). And like
>>199794 said, jumper cables, jack, lug wrench... Car stuff. A booster pack is good to have if you're out in the sticks.
Also knowledge of how to check/fill oil, trans fluid, battery connectors, where various parts are, etc. I've found putting the firing order and cylinder positions in sharpie just under the hood makes for quick ID when I get a misfire code. Most of the time it's a loose plug wire.
A spring-loaded centerpunch can be purchased from local hardware stores for about $10. They work great for busting out tempered glass.
Kitty litter, for added traction in snow/ice if you get stuck. Goes with the shovel.
If you've got (real, not the battery/LED) flares, you've got firestarting equipment. You've probably got a cig lighter in the truck too. I wouldn't bother with firesteel/matches. You've also got a tank full of gasoline you can use as an accelerant.
PM goes a long way too. Take care of your shit - address problems before they leave you stranded. Check tire pressures, fluids, lug nuts, lights (trailer lights if you're towing something), secure your load...
