The mediums are hard to find and the larges are huge, they have no cinch/load straps short of the pouch straps and unless you're sewing pouches or webbing on to them you're limited to the 6 bits of alice webbing on the sides.

Honestly I like mine but I wouldn't recommend it anymore unless you have one lying around or find one complete with frame for $20 and the scrapyard you're buying sheet metal stock at happens to have a connex full of under priced milsurp and you can cobble a decent pack with addons together for <$50, then by all means you're getting your money's worth.
