Yes you can fish (almost) any lake/river in the Park and don't even need a license... but it's strictly catch and release. EXCEPT the brook trout which are introduced and there is no minimum size or limit. Keep them all. Though they are mainly found in the smaller lakes higher up in the park, mostly above 3000 feet.
