You guys have to learn about some of the older athletes like Chuck Sipes. Woodworker and still hit the gym for hours on end. Doing any manual labour will increase your strength etc. Sure you wont become a strongman level athlete or bodybuilder, but its a great foundation. Ask Brian Shaw, or guys like Earnie Shavers, one of the hardest punchers in boxing ever, credited his manual labour work as source of his power.
