>>2142057>be me>get back into fishing>go to first store there is a giant obnoxious sign about wearing mask>guy at second store is nice and helps me set up my tackle box>finally find a spot after getting all the equipment in order>cast my line out>some jackass on a crappy little taxi boat says i cant fish there even though no sign says otherwise and it right next to an area where fishing is allowed>it's too late in the day, the only other guy there had not caught anything all day>go fishing again>too many boats coming by>move location to under a bridge>some black crackhead is of in the distance looking at me menacingly>the mexicans across the water a few feet away are catching a few fish and even crabs with a crappy homemade rod>go fishing AGAIN>go to a new shop, guy is disgruntled>under a giant bridge early in the morning, sky is cloudy>garbage everywhere>some crazy guy in the distance with three poles is staring at me angrily>don't catch anything, look over and kook has not caught any either>go near the big river outside the city right at the start of the afternoon>first location I lose two lines including hooks and weights on some dumb underwater rocks I at first think I caught something>move to other location in area>the location is nicer and I even get a few bites>struggle against this decent sized fish>reel up my line>it barley scathed the baitI'm gonna keep doing this till I get some fish, it's all a matter of choosing the right location at the right time in the right weather... and avoiding crackheads and dickhead shop owners. There was this good spot at this nice state park out on the island I saw some chinese dudes catching a good variety of fish, hopefully they don't freak out if I try to go there
