Other pros-
+ Land is very cheap, i own around 100 acres and have a shit paying job
+ Winters are amazing, spring and fall are pretty nice too
+ People are very friendly, and outdoorsy topics always go over well here.
Other bad things
- It rains a lot, half of my yard is at least 3 inches under water right now.
- Bugs everywhere
- As with any poverty stricken place, theft is a very common occurrence.
