Teachers ask kids to open boxes or cut something, etc. We even had an impromptu gun club in middle school and we brought firearms to school and kept them in out locker until lunch. Then we'd plink with one of the couches out against the hillside. They staggard lunches for 3 periods so the day was filled with 3 hours of gunshots.
My cousin recently told me they aren't allowed to have pencils or pens longer than 3 inches now because the staff are afraid of stabbings. I was like, "WTF?"
