>>880504The inline spinners should start working better now that fall is here. They work well in murky water or when it is cloudy or getting dark. If you are fishing clear water on a hot sunny summer day, an inline spinner with a big silver blade can sometimes spook the fish before it entices them. The twitches should help out for sure tho.
And remember that speed=depth with inlines. Make sure the line doesn't get tangled in the blades and they are spinning freely. You should be able to feel the difference when the blade is caught up vs when it is spinning properly. There will be a lot more resistance when the blade is spinning.
Wut inlines did you get? Certain cheap ones are shitty, like the Bass Pro XPS inlines. The blades never spin properly and they cost just about as much as Rooster Tails so you might as well just get the Rooster Tail. Mepps still a best when it comes to inlines.
