Please ID an Unknown Plant that appeared in my backyard

Can someone please ID this plant for me? It appeared out of nowhere in my backyard and the dogs killed the grass so I have no idea how this got there. It kind of looks like a raspberry but doesn't have the serrated/'sharp' looking leaf edges so I don't know what it could be or where it might have came from since the grass is all dead and nothing was ever planted in this spot except grass over a decade a go that died.
