I’m partial to the Sinn 104, it’s got low and high pressure resistance to 200m (incredible for a pilot watch), good lume, countdown bezel which I like, highly antimagnetic, day date, and honestly just looks really nice like a 50s vintage Rolex or Fifty Fathoms. It’s in the 1000-2000 USD range so it’s like a beater Rolex if you’re rich and a luxury Hamilton if you’re poor.
Obviously more expensive than you need (any $20 Casio will do) but it’s about as expensive as you can go before you become a trail mugging or murder target for your watch.
