>>1374321The Hunter: Call of the Wild is probably the best/closest thing to a "realistic" /out/ simulator, if you have a good enough rig to run it on max settings it really is beautiful and just makes me want to go /out/ more and more, it does require quite a bit of patience and you kind of have to make sure you play it the way it was meant to be played, stalking and tracking the animals you're hunting while you could technically sprint around with a shotgun and mash "F" to observe tracks.
