I gave them a little water today because the plant food is granular and needs water in order to dissolve it, but I'm going to try to leave them alone for a few days. I'll keep an eye on them, but just not try to bother them too much.
Also the container is a 1/2 Gallon, do you think I should bump it up to a full gallon or maybe 2 gallon container? I don't intend to have these in the garden(I have some marked out for that already), and I'm not sure what size container would work best.
A book I go by says that tomatoes need a 11/2 qt container, while dwarf varieties need a 5 gallon container.
pic is the Lemon Boy, it has only a few starting tomatoes but it's got a similar thing going on.
