Had a blast. I did it in a westfalia though because so much of what I did was stealth camping in expensive places.
You will never pull off anything like this in a class c.
All you need is a modern porta potty (you will almost never use it. and a stove, fridge , sink.
One thing I loved doing was finding the best breakfast place in town on yelp then parking right in front of it. Go out drinking, walk back and sack out.
