Should be fine OP. The reason you never see 20s inside is because 99% of people use them on grills, which will kill you if used inside. I would be careful of prolonged use of portable heaters as they do release small amounts of CO and other nasty stuff into the air. Just make sure your cabin is reasonably ventilated.
