Is there any way to make these Knorr sides more shelf stable?
I want to have some cheap, lightweight meals that I can throw in an emergency bag in a closet and forget about for years. Knorr meals are really cheap and taste good but I have noticed the bags they come in wear out if they are moved too much, and they expire in a year. I know expiration dates are kind of bullshit but I would like to make them shelf stable for quite a few years if possible.
Would vacuum sealing do the trick?
