Baltic Sea is the best for that as a)it has A LOT of shit down there due to centuries of warfare activity, including a aircraft carrier; b) its relatively shallow with most reachable at the 100 meter mark. Serious technical diving but doable for a human body c) low salt and oxygen deprived which means ideal conservation environment for anything below 20 meters. Particularly with wood vessels.
