Which is cool, I get some great shots of everybody else ... but rarely get any of me riding.
Helmet cam (old Contour 1080p), ~6yr old Sony (6mp, 12x optical zoom... "bridge camera", more than a point-and-shoot but not as well featured as a DSLR, but sharing similarities between the two).
Also have a Nikon D90 and a handful of glass/strobes/filters for that. Takes great shots, but it's a bit of work to get everything set up, dialed in, and actually *get* a good shot with it.
Contour sits on my helmet (duh), Sony sits in the case on my tunnel on the snowmobile or in my pack on the motorcycle, Nikon lives in my pack.
