Alright folks, now that's /out/ of the way, what are YOUR favourite "bird and trout" knives? I bought a grohmann #2 ("bird and trout" stainless/sabre) for my life in da bush ;)
Amazing knife; I recommend it for the Canadians (and Newfoundlanders) out there.
Now, I'm a little bit of a CONSOOMER (but not like most of you fucks), and I've been eyeing the classic Buck 102 "Woodsman" for years. What are your thoughts on it, b'ys? What other bird and trout knives do you recommend? Thanks!

Looking at a FLY rod to use on brown trout and brook trout; will be fishing off brooks and ponds. Possibly rainbow trout.
I don't want anything cheap, since I've been saving for a while and want to treat myself with my lifelong hobby.
I'm clueless to rods and specs... I've heard G.Loomis... but no clue...
I feel so overfuckingwhelmed with this... ALSO I wouldn't mind a SPIN rod for the same species/areas.

What is that name of these tents you talk of? I'm in the mindset up also upgrading to a 4 season.

I'm in Newfoundland, so fishing is my best bet for food. Namely setting camp on family land near a brook and pond, where I'm surrounded by trout, grouse, rabbit (even squirrel).
I'm starting to stockpile supplies.
