There aren't gangs of FC workers or private security guards roaming the woodland. Individuals are going to be too scared to hassle you as well. If you're really worried then just don't light a fire a be quiet. But, again, if you pitch somewhere out the way these measures aren't really necessary. I spend most my over nighters listening to the radio and lying by a fire.
