This is just a tall story but I found a norwegian on the north face of mulhacen once, he was wearing flipflops and packed nothing but liquor and a gas station tent.
He insisted he was fine and did climb along to the summit. Without any food or water (except from murky lakes), things got rough for him after a few days on the mountain range...
Later on he pulled a knife on me since he was out of cash. This didn't really surprise me...But I found some compassion and bought a ticket to send him home.
Total idiot and...badass.
