Tips for fishing fast river water? The river is about 40-50 yards long. There is a section where there is a dam, and miles down is where they have another dam, doesnt create any falls however (pic related) and has a fish ladder on the other (inaccessible) end.
Whole bunch of fish in these spots, the one with the fish ladder has some shad and stripers from what ive heard, but im fine to target just the smallmouth bass and possible trout.
Idk how successful id be in cold + swift, worth the try?
