I was slicing down some old hedges and kept trampling over what i thought to be an old trunk of a large ivy plant (they can get really big and have hair-like appendages all around). It was actually the skull of a fox with the bone bare in the middle. The rest of the body was completely overgrown with plants, but upon closer inspection still had fur on it. Must have been at least one year old.
Felt so bad for stepping on the guy that i dug a little grave for him
