Actually yes from my hike I just got back from last night. I went on a three day rut up here in the foothills of norcal. Pretty uneventful but good hike till I get back to my truck around 2200ish. Decide to take a nap in the bed before the drive home. Wake up at 0030 to a beautiful night sky. Hear something big suddenly go running away from my truck out into the field. pop on my head lamp and look around while slowly moving towards my cab. Than I spot it, two glowing eyes crouched low in the tall grass about 30 yards out. fml.jpg as I get in my cab, it's a fucking mountain lion and a fucking huge one at that. Fucker charged right as I got in and slammed the door. I've had three other run ins with them before but they've never been a problem and usual just fuck off, I might start carrying one of my pistols with me on my next outing.
