>>1882860>I'm inoculating some Oyster mushroom spawn in canned corn. I figured it would be a good substrate as it is already sterilized, thus eliminating the need for manual sterilization, and moist enough with proper draining to allow for growth of mycelium. The smaller of the two samples has grown some strange growths. I don't believe that either the fluffy growth or the spotted dots are mycelium. Can you help me identifying these?Any mushroom growers here? I'm looking to propogate more Oyster mushroom spawn.
