>>2802738if you have all terrain tires and the snow isn't super deep you can definitely get to *some* lower elevation mountains in the winter, there's lots of drivable overlooks scattered around the east not all of which are gated off in winter (and some of which are ONLY open in winter during hunting season), but that's mostly for lower elevations stuff 3500 ft + especially in the ne is not gonna be drivable in winter.
