But pumpkin-anon should buy pre-made dough and just small pastries similar to cornish pastries in form just to not overcomplicate himself imhotep
What i would personally do in his place is take a nice round shaped dough, flatten it a bit with a roller, place the sugar+pumpkin paste on one half of the round shape, then with the other clean side of the dough fold it on top of the side with pumpkin, the shape should look something like polish dumplings. Just so he doesn't forget to oil the edges of the entire dough before placing the paste, so the two sides remain stuck to each other in the oven
Sprinkle with some sugar powder on top once done and enjoy
