>>1925133>>1925294Thanks for the advice. I went back and got the rest. Read that it's recommended to cut off the base of wild pleurotus ostreatus and only cook the caps as the stalk part is quite tough and rubbery. It looks like a lot in the pic but it ended up being just below a kilo.
I buried the overripe, broken and shitty looking ones into some wood chips in the garden and just hope for the best. If they grew on an old stump then at least some of them should produce more. I'll probably look into cultivation in the future.
