>>2103394Never buy a pre-made kit. Buy an empty medical pouch (or just use a dry bag) and fill it with stuff you know how to use. Some things I recommend are 2 pairs of sterile gloves, iodine or everclear for sterilizing quickly, gauze rolls, gause pads in multiple sizes, a small tube of Vaseline (can be used on gauze to make a chest seal as well as normal uses) some antibiotic ointment, a 3" ace wrap,, a good pair of shears, a flashlight, and an epi pen. If you bring guns innawoods you should also throw in a cat tourniquet or any other style you are more familiar with. I have a little boo boo kit on the outside of my bag, as well as a bigger kit in my wet bag.
