Either get an inflatable, or go the hammock route with an underquilt for maximum comfy. Otherwise learn to sleep on your stomach, which is much easier for men than women unfortunately.
Honestly the hammock pill is an enticing choice. There is no cheap+durable+comfy ground choice. A hammock plus two quilts would ah, cover a lot of ground.
