>>566520While they have this hobby in common, their daily lives are vastly different. Tori lives a three hour drive away from Justin's cabin in North Carolina where she owns a town house.
She works as a manager at a farmer's market and so currently only sees Justin when she visits him about once a fortnight.
While she enjoys her brief stays in the cabin, she admits it would not be an easy way to live full-time.
She said: 'The first two things I would immediately miss are hot water and electricity - that's something that makes cooking and preserving food so much easier. I think it would be hard to live without that.'
But Justin said if Tori, or any woman, wants to be in a relationship with him, they would have to accept he will never embrace the modern world.
He explained that when he does have to occasionally venture to his nearest town for essential supplies, he feels overwhelmed by the sights and sounds.
He said: 'When I have to go into the town I have trouble sometimes. I tend to have an episode if there are too many lights or movement or I get confined in the grocery store.
'If there are three people getting groceries around me I feel trapped and have a fight or flight emotion - it really bothers me to go to town but I have to do it sometimes.'
As a result, he said would never give up his life for love.
He said: 'If someone said it's all or nothing, I would know they are not the right person. If someone - Tori or anyone else - was so black and white on that important life decision then they wouldn't be the one for me.'
Justin believes he's the one who has got it right by turning his back on a life on 21st century living.
He said: 'People today come home from work and are constantly doing laundry, writing emails and checking social media, they can't just sit down and do this - nothing.'
