>>1216409It doesn't really get cold enough, at least somewhere like here in the UK. This is the worst snow we've had since 2010. But between 2010 and now there has been relatively little snowfall, other than up the Munros which are high enough. It needs to be roughly around 3c at ground level for snowfall to occur.
I imagine it's a similar story for most of the other EU countries with the exception of the northern Nordic countries that have colder winters.
