It doesn't compare to anything I've ever ridden before.
An easy test for frame stiffness on touring bikes with both rear and front panniers is to simply shake the handle bar while slowly moving forward.
The different movements of the weight in front and in back will put A LOT of torsion on the frame.
When doing so my with old touring bike (pic related), which got smashed during airplane transport, would dangle around like a wet noodle.
The bamboo frame does not seem to care at all.
It's quite remarkable.
As direct result I've started to stand up on the pedals while sprinting over hilltops which on my old bike was not possible because of the wobbly feel.
As for weight, the frame is 4kg, which is a lot.
I don't care, weight is irrelevant for expedition bikes.
