>>1469793I picked up this shitty nylon guitar at Guitar Center two years ago. It's good for finger picking, and playing the Piedmont Blues is super comfy innawoods. My real guitar is a Martin, and there is no way I would ever bring it into the elements. There are a few State Forests with Primitive sites that aren't a very long hike from the trail head by me, so I can bring a guitar out there without it being a pain in the dick.
I like to bring it while solo camping or out with my girlfriend. It's nice to sip a bit of whiskey and just diddle away at some random blues riff or a Neil Young song by the fire.
Also I know my sleeping bag is super clean; I just got it with my tax return. I'm super stoked to try it out next week.
