It's pure sand all the way down, I want to turn it green and planted, but not with a lawn or anything
I plan on housing some half-dozen ducks and building a small pool/pond for them.
It's a dry environment, very hot. Was 46C last week. If I was gonna plant some tall grasses they'll probably need irrigation.
I'm worried about the trees too if I use a sprinkler, they're not mine (my dads) but I don't want to harm them.
Area gets sun in the morning and noon, but is shaded out afternoons by the house
