hello, im a visitor from /biz/. my girl and i have been trying to learn how to fish and this is harder than anything on biz. we live in GA and are trying to fish the chattahoochee river off the bank.
it seems like our bait just sinks to the floor which doesnt seem right. we bought this kit thing before we had done any research thinking it would be easy [

the pic is our setup, but we have changed it around many times trying to stop it from sinking with us not using the bobber 90% of the time because no one else was using it. on the right rod i circled were our egg sinker weight thing is most of the time. Does anyone have any help :(
