>>473439Just wait for the flowers to go brown and dry. Then pull them off. You can crush them in the palm of your hands and actually winnow out the seeds. It is pretty easy to do. I do that with red clover for use as a cover crop and live mulch. I actually made a plastic plate for my grain mill so I could clean seeds for saving.
