Bears cause more and more problems for people, and it's only a question of time when measures gonna be applied, it might be reservations, electronic spotting devices, anything, but there will be reaction in any case, since the awarness rises. On the initial level those reservation programs might be tested in certain regions, so to reveal their effectiveness. If it works, than more and more territories will be protected in that way.
