>>2447279>The gatekeeping retards on this board only count outdoor activities if you overnight. That's incorrect.
It's commendable that you graduated from college despite the handicap of a near-total lack of awareness or critical thinking ability—although that's not too surprising, given the state of education these days. For example, a girl in my extended family recently nabbed a master's degree despite her inability to comprehend fractions (let alone higher math) and her dislike of reading.
Dayhikers and "outdoor adventurers" get flamed hard on this board because so many of you express opinions that dayhikers and outdoor adventurers have no business expressing. For instance, since you only use your equipment twice per month at most and buy trendy replacements every two years, you haven't got the slightest clue which hiking boots or tents will hold up to punishment for hundreds or even thousands of hours.
It's COMPLETELY okay to be a dayhiker, as long as you know what you are and don't pretend to be more. The problem is when dayhikers think they're fucking John Rambo.
I'm an electrical engineer, and I've earned more money as the managing designer of a company that manufactures mining equipment for the metallurgic coal industry than has ever been in the bank accounts of your entire family. Your money is a joke, and so are you.
It made me cringe to brag about my money like you did, but at least I feel shame. You probably have no idea why bragging about money is petty and small. I'm sure glad this board is anonymous.
