>>1043514Honestly Old Faithful wasn't that impressive, but walk the geyser field boardwalk. Some really cool smaller ones there, pic related. It also crosses a little stream that always has trout hanging out right by the bridge, they're fun to watch.
For me the draw is the animals. I went in early June last year, and camped out waaay out in the middle of nowhere away from everyone else. Woke up to a herd of elk trying to eat my tent one morning, and when I got out they just stood there like "wtf are you? Why are you interrupting our meal?"
