This also reminded me, I was driving some pickup truck at work a couple weeks ago and it had one of those tool boxes in the bed with a tool kit that had most of the stuff missing. Somebody probably forgot it in there 5 years ago. Found some pliers buried under old ratchet straps and there was this small pair that would be perfect for the tackle bag.
