With oats I make porridge in the mornings. Then throughout the day I snack on oat slices that I make. Basically golden syrup, sugar, oats, butter, flower, salt, milkpowder. You can work all day on these, the oats give you a slow release of energy throughout the day while still getting sugar and protein. Its also cheap as fuck.
